Cancellation Policy

- Please book at least 30 days before your arrival date (We will have enough time to prepare for your arrival) - Service Charge cannot be refunded if clients have signed the rental agreement with the Landlords. - 40% of the Service Charge cannot be refunded 20 days before your arrival time - Payment will be fully refunded if our team cannot secure the rental property for the client
